Only in Israel - Valuing All Life - Israeli Soldiers Rescuing a Stranded Dog.
While on border patrol, the IDF encountered a helpless dog trapped atop Israel’s border fence with Egypt. It is common for the terrorists to smuggle drugs, weapons, and other contraband into Israel by throwing them over the fence, because of this, the IDF assumed that the dog fell victim to the brutality of the terrorists on the Egyptian side.
The Israeli soldier risked himself by going through the barbed wire and saved the poor dog. Then they delivered the dog to an animal shelter where it was treated and fed.
